Refund policy
Returns
BroadbandToolkit.com encourages prospective customers to evaluate its software solution before purchasing. You may:
- Read the Introduction and the Getting Started Guide associated with most products (see the product description). The Introduction is typically a lengthy illustrated document that describes the functionality of the product in detail.
- Request a ZOOM tutorial. We are happy to show you all of the functionality.
- Ask Questions. We are happy to respond to pre-sales enquiries. We will respond to simple questions via e-mail and will be happy to have a video conference to address more complex topics.
- Download a trial version of the product, if available.
- Watch tutorial videos, if available.
Once you make a purchase it is final. If it is shipped on physical media and the media is defective we will be happy to replace the media.
We will support purchases for 60 days after the purchase. We may – at our sole discretion – offer free upgrades as features are added to our products.
We sometimes offer bundles of related products at a discount.
Refunds (if applicable)
We may at our sole discretion – and under unusual circumstances – choose to refund a purchase. If so we will use the payment mechanism that was used in the original purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we process a refund for you please understand that financial intermediaries (credit card companies and banks) may have slightly different timelines for processing refunds. Sale items (if applicable)
The price you pay might include a discount due to a discount code and / or a bundle discount.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace physical items if they are damaged or physically defective. If you need to replace damaged media please send us an email at support@BroadbandToolkit.com and we will ship you a replacement product.
Gifts
We do not sell gifts-wrapped products or gift cards or products that are delivered to third parties.
Shipping
We do not currently charge for shipping and we do not require the physical media associated with software sales to be returned. If your purchase is refunded or if an item is replaced then the software license associated with the original purchase is null and void.
