The RDOF Toolkit (v1.10) now has a patch available to update its RDOF polygons to reflect the latest FCC GIS files, which were released on October 21st, 2020.  There were a small number of errors in "final" FCC data released on October 8th, 2020.  These were corrected by the FCC on October 21st, as explained in a Public Notice.  The patch (v1.10 to v1.20) for the RDOF Toolkit is available here. 

The RDOF page includes the latest documentation, including the Introduction / User's Guide and the Getting Started Guide and - coming soon - video tutorials.
